Ilva
“About opportunity to join Company, Ilva find out from Havas Latvia Colleagues. Ilva started her career in June 2018 as Check in Agent. Same year August, she become Passenger Service Agent and was responsible as for passenger check in, as well for passenger boarding. Ilva learn fast and February 2019 Ilva applied for Lost and Found agent position and got chance to prove herself as Arrival service agent. 2020 Ilva got promotion to replace Lost & Found Service supervisor position. Being very loyal and hardworking, February 2022 Ilva got promotion to Passenger Service supervisor position and now is responsible for leading the team during shift with all passenger service-related tasks. ”
Gatis
“Gatis joined Havas Latvia 2015. He started his career in ground handling as Ramp Service Agent. Gatis participated internal recruitment process in 2016 for Arrival Service Agent – position responsible for lost or left luggage return to passengers and in first year of responsible work and showing very accurate and organized work, he was appointed in Lost and Found Agent position and as well for Arrival Service Supervisor position. One year later – in 2017, Company has internal vacancy in Administration team and Employer offered IT Specialist position to Gatis, as he has interest and some experience with IT related issues before. With passion and very high responsibility Gatis was doing his tasks and showing interest and helping some other Colleagues in office to learn and understand processes in Company. While Company was growing was need for additional colleagues in resource planning team – Gatis participated in internal vacancy for resource planning specialist position and got it. As of December 2017, Gatis became Resource planning and IT specialist, and in 2018 he became Senior specialist and managing team of 2 people. ”

Ritvars
“Ritvars joined Company in 2012 and started from the basic position on apron – Ramp service agent. 2017 Ritvars participated in internal vacancy for Flight Coordinator vacancy and got position promotion and already in 2018 Ritvars got offer to learn and become Load Control officer. Being very responsible and loyal, Ritvars started to replace Ground Handling Dispatcher position as of December 2020. May 2021, he became Turnaround Coordinator and continues to replace Dispatchers during their absence. January 2022 Havas Latvia trusted Ritvars to be Weight and balance supervisor. ”
Lauris
“Lauris started His career in Company during start up project in 2010 as a Flight Coordinator. Lauris showed himself as a very strong team player and good team leader and in 2013 He was promoted to Load Control Officer position. 2015 Lauris started to fulfill Load Control Supervisor duties and being Company’s representative in Airline audits for weight and balance. At the end of 2015, Lauris was promoted to Ramp Division Supervisor replacer position, as He showed very strong leadership skills and was very proactive in problem solving and dealing with unordinary situations. For 2 years Lauris joined AirBaltic to work in Load Control Supervisor positions, but after he returned to Havas Latvia to take Training Manager role! As of 2021 Lauris is Company’s biggest department Manager. ”
