Requirements
Willingness to work in the service field and positive attitude to customers;
Ability work in high stress environment and good problem solving skills;
Good communication skills;
Punctuality and responsibility;
Good Latvian (at least B2), good English language skills (for communication with foreign passengers);
Ability pass training before work in Latvian;
Ability work shifts (both daytime and night time);
Ability start work on April 07, 2025;
Description
Perform passenger handling according to the customer airline;
Perform all passengers handling operations (check-in/gate procedures, arrival services) according service agreement procedures;
Passenger document check (visa, residence permits, etc.) according passenger’s final destination;
Handle queues in-check in zone;
Passenger boarding process coordination.

Salary 6,60 Eur/hourly (monthly from 1010 Euros - 1123 Euros)gross;
Plus an additional monthly bonus till 20%. (with bonus starting from 1100 euros - 1300 euros gross);
Payment for overtime, for work on Public Holidays and for work at night hours according Latvian legislation. Allowance in special cases in accordance with the company's internal benefit policy.
